Large Wraparound Deck Rebuild
The Project
This one started as a deck update to correct some existing code issues and turned into a much bigger job once the work got underway.
We worked through the changes with the homeowner and local inspectors, addressed what needed to be corrected, and kept the homeowner informed as the project grew.

Damaged Awning Restoration
A vehicle with too much clearance caught this awning and left it badly damaged. We repaired the structure and exterior, with the goal of making the repair blend back into the original building.
When we were finished, the awning was solid again and looked just like new.

Complete Front Porch Rebuild
Once the old decking came off this 100+ year-old home, it became clear there was more going on underneath than anyone could see from the surface.
We ended up rebuilding the porch from the structure up, bringing it to current code while keeping the finished porch looking right for the house.
Doing It Right Once It Was Opened Up
On an older home, sometimes the real job doesn’t reveal itself until you start taking things apart. Once we saw what was under this porch, covering it back up wasn’t an option.
We worked through what we found, rebuilt it properly, and left the homeowners with a porch they can feel good about for years to come.

Kelly said Lee and Ben handled the surprises hidden beneath the old decking, completed the full rebuild, brought the porch to current code, and left them with a structurally sound result. They also said they plan to hire LCG again.
